A Registered Architect in NYS since 2002, Firm Principal Michael J. Siano has extensive experience in the design and construction of numerous projects, from large Institutional & Residential buildings such as Libraries, Firehouses, EMS Stations, Movie-theaters and Multi-family Condo’s and Co-op’s, to smaller Apartment Renovations, Retail Shops, Cafes, Bar/Restaurants, Offices and Hospitality projects.
Mr. Siano has managed projects throughout all phases and has worked with varied clientele from large institutions, Universities and Public Agencies such as The NYC Department of Design & Construction (DDC), The NYC Fire Department (FDNY), The State University Construction Fund (SUCF), Cornell University (CCF), New York Public Library (NYPL), Queens Library (QL), SH Hotels & Resorts, to private developers and individual owners.
